To ensure quality in testing, the laboratory competes with other laboratories by participating in the External Quality Assessment Programmes such as one conducted by AIIMS called EQAP for Haematology, IAMM-EQAS for microbiology conducted by Christian Medical College (CMC, Vellore), EQAS Clinical Biochemistry conducted by BIORAD,USA, EQAS Biochemistry conducted by CMC Vellore, HBA1c EQAS conducted by BIORAD, USA.
